Redevelopment of Entrance Building and Shop

Creating an immersive retail space and visitor reception inspired by Big Pit and its collections, working for Amgueddfa Cymru (National Museum Wales). As a team we provided a complete range of services to successfully deliver this project in less than 6 months, on time and within budget. This included project and procurement management; weekly client engagement; full new product range design and supply chain development; bespoke shop design including new counter, shop units and props inspired by the site; immersive soundscape including recordings from on-site and a local male voice choir. We are very proud of what everyone has achieved and the new shop has been incredibly well received – improving the commercial operation and visitor experience.
