In 2025 VistaEste was commissioned by the National Waterfront Museum to prepare a new business plan to inform a future masterplan for the development of the museum and its galleries.

Our work informed space planning and developed a new strategy for how different operations should be developed across the site including events/programming, learning, venue hire, catering and retail.  Simultaneously we were commissioned to deliver a turnkey design/build of a new welcome reception desk for the museum, which we completed in less than 2 months.
