In 2025 VistaEste was commissioned by York Archaeology to carry out a business review of their three attractions in York including the flagship Jorvik Viking Centre.

We formed eight clear recommendations for future development  and are now supporting the charity with three of them: marketing/comms, admissions systems/ticketing, and a feasibility study for a major retail development. We hope to generate at least an additional 100k from the admissions review alone.
