Grimm & Co is a pioneering arts charity and NPO in Rotherham UK with a mission to change children’s lives one story at a time.

VistaEste was commissioned in 2025 to carry out a business/commercial review to support the long term sustainability of  the charity after its first  year of operation in a new venue. Initially focussed on commercial operations including catering and retail, our review took a holistic ‘whole organisation’ approach and included a clear roadmap/action plan with recommendations to develop back of house systems/data; consent based decision making across the charity, the visitor experience, public events/programming, catering and retail. We are now supporting the charity as it implements the action plan including embedding new decision making processes and mentoring new leaders.
