In 2025 VistaEste was commissioned by National Museums Wales to completely redevelop their main gift shop at St Fagans.

We provided a turnkey solution for the client including project management, procurement, bespoke retail product development and design (500+ product lines); shop design; shop build and visual merchandising. The new shop opened in March 2026 and is already proving to be hugely popular, creating a clear return on investment for the client.
